The "green school" project on the Vistula River was born out of the idea of harmoniously combining education with nature and the riverside landscape. The simple building structure, hollowed out in three places, creates a system of internal courtyards that provide natural lighting for classrooms and soften the scale of the building.

The functional layout is based on a clear communication axis - the "Vistula current" - connecting all school areas, from the nursery to the sports hall. The ground floor houses common functions: a canteen, common rooms, cloakrooms and a sports hall with a separate entrance, allowing for use outside school hours. The upper floors are intended for younger and older students, each with its own patio, terrace and outdoor learning space.

Green roofs, conservatories and pergolas with vegetation are an integral part of the architecture, influencing the microclimate and identity of the building. Instead of dominating the landscape, the building blends into the Vistula floodplain, creating an educational enclave in tune with nature.
