Park Gateway is a space that connects the city with nature and opens up new directions for urban culture. Located in the heart of the city, between the Old Market Square and Kisielewski Square, the area - currently neglected and dominated by parking lots - is being reactivated by reconnecting it with the everyday paths of local residents.

The design is based on a clear grid of plazas, walkways, and green corridors that respond to the city’s natural rhythm. Key visual axes and social connections with the surroundings are preserved. The Gateway is not just architecture - it is a sequence of open spaces that encourage activity, gatherings, and cultural engagement.

The Cultural Center becomes a living stage - its “Window of Culture” opens directly onto the park, blurring the line between interior and exterior. Prefabricated concrete elements and glass façades create a dynamic narrative, from transparency to monumentality. Even the technical areas have been treated with care, recognizing their vital role in every performance.

Municipal office buildings and arcaded commercial spaces introduce a new quality to the daily life - places to meet, work, and relax. Unified materials and consistent detailing tie the entire complex together into a thoughtful urban whole.

This is more than a group of buildings - it’s an open system of passages, scenarios, and relationships. Architecture that doesn’t dominate but resonates - with place, people, and the pulse of the city.
