The project envisages a coherent quarter of buildings with a central courtyard – a green space that is the heart of the estate and a meeting place for its residents. Compact, low-rise buildings are arranged around the garden, creating a clear and intimate urban layout.

The external facades are finished with brick tiles, while the interior side of the quarter features light-colored plaster, emphasizing the difference between the urban and garden sides.

The layout is complemented by a woonerf in the western part, which connects the new development with the neighboring housing estates and creates space for social activities, markets, and meetings.

The buildings have a clear layout, entrances from the street and park, and corner apartments with loggias.

The whole creates a harmonious, friendly, and functional urban environment in which greenery plays a major role in building the identity of the place.
