This is truly fantastic news. After nearly ten years, thanks to the efforts of the new,
dedicated owners, the manor near Chełm has regained its former glory.
The beautiful park is also being restored. Plus3 had a small design role in
bringing back and preserving the charm of this remarkable place.

Despite years of neglect, the site has retained its original urban layout and surrounding landscape.
No state PGR was built under its windows, no road was cut through the park…
This place was truly fortunate.

And the centuries-old linden tree still stands tall - inspiring as ever.
