music academy takes off

Thursday, May 25 was an important day in the history of our investment in
Bydgoszcz – The Feliks Nowowiejski Academy of Music. Rector Elżbieta
Wtorkowska and CEO of Portico Project Management Robert Pawlak have
signed an agreement for a Contract Engineer. From now on, Portico will
deal with the preparation of the tender for the General Contractor, and after
it's selection, it will supervise the construction, verify the quality of the works
performed, and support the Investor in the process of making important
construction decisions.  

We are looking forward to this cooperation. The first coordination meeting
indicates that the Investor, plus3-architekci, and Portico Project Management
will form a harmonious team whose goal will be to build one of the most
modern music universities in Europe. Yes! The most modern in Poland –
it is for sure, in Europe – it is probable, and in the world … Who knows?
The reputation of the Bydgoszcz university and its graduates is definitely
known in the world so, hopefully,  we will also conquer the world …  

The designed building  (the result of the architectural competition in May 2016)
will be a passive, multi-functional building and will accommodate, apart from administration,
training rooms, a student house, and as many as 4 concert halls: symphonic, theater and opera,
chamber music, and organ music.

Our dream is to start the construction as soon as possible! It will be a unique construction!
