The housing estate project in Grójec was created with comfortable everyday living in mind, offering greenery at your fingertips, clearly defined communal spaces, and services available without leaving the premises. We designed two five-storey buildings, classified as medium-height, in an “L” shape. This layout made it possible to create two internal courtyards intended exclusively for residents. One of them has been arranged as a recreational zone with a playground, while the other serves as a calm, green garden.

On the eastern side, the development borders a sports complex, which strengthens the recreational character of the location and opens the estate to an active lifestyle.

The architecture of the buildings is contemporary in form: simple, clear volumes and flat roofs create elegant, timeless frames for everyday use. The rhythm of the façades is defined by loggias and balconies, shielded with solid HPL-panel balustrades and light, openwork sections made of steel rods. On the ground floor of building “A”, we designed service units accessible directly from the public sidewalk, naturally integrating the estate with the urban surroundings.

The apartment layouts, ranging from 34 to 71 m², meet the needs of singles, couples, and families alike. Combined with the green interior courtyards and the proximity of services, the result is a functional estate that fits seamlessly into the rhythm of the contemporary city.
